Refund & Return Policy

All of our products can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after you receive them. A refund will be issued as soon as the goods have been received or as soon as you can provide documented evidence that the goods have been sent. We suggest that when returning items that you send them by signed for post. For hygienic reasons earrings cannot be returned but CLIP ONS can be sent back to us. However, any item that is received damaged or faulty including pierced earrings can be returned within 30 days. Refunds will be issued on the actual price of the item including VAT, however, we do not refund postal charges. The refund will only be credited to the credit card account with which you purchased the order.

Please note that this shop abides by UK consumer laws namely the Consumer Contracts Regulations for customers in the UK.

Your Right to Cancel

Please note that you are entitled to cancel a purchase should you change your mind. Please contact me should you wish to return an item for the correct address. You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for any reason. However, if the item is faulty you can also have a replacement sent to you at no extra charge. If you are returning an item make sure that it is packaged correctly so that it is not damaged during transit in the post as items returned damaged cannot be refunded.

The descriptions that we use are based on manufacturer/suppliers/makers information and descriptions. Every precaution is taken to ensure that our descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible and are representative of the actual appearance of the items. Due to lighting and other photographic effects and the colour settings of computer monitors, colours may be slightly distorted and we cannot accept any responsibility for the accuracy of the colours shown on screen. 

The shop owner reserves the right to withdraw items from sale, or to amend prices, policies or descriptions at any time without prior notice. If you wish to reserve an item at a secured price to purchase at a later date please contact the shop owner.

Whilst I will be happy to accept returns for any items that do not match expectations for whatever reason including colour, postage both ways will be at the expense of the buyer.

Any person placing an order with CrystalJewells fall under the seller's assumption that they have read and agree with all terms and conditions.
